Famous male model Jon Kortajarena poses on a beach as a sun kissed Greek god. The fragrance is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette. Unique freshness comes with luxury and mature - This is a short description on what Aqva Amara is. I do recommend you grab on this while it still on the market. Not boozy but straight alcohol (the kind that comes in all fragrances). As that settles at about the 5 minute mark you are left with a juicy orange with a slight mixture of aromatic incense (definitely not the same incense in bleu de Chanel). Longevity wise I get anywhere between 8-12 hours with strong projection the first 4-5 hours. At the beginning of its usage, it was little harsh in my thinking and I am glad to be proven wrong with its continued use which made its mark on me. "Dirty orange" is a spot-on descriptor; it's a very natural-smelling citrus that isn't at all sweet or sugary. One spray to my chest from a small test atomiser, and I can still pick it up 5 hours later. Starts out bold and clean somewhat reminiscent to Sauvage. This is not a complicated fragrance with little bit of every thing. The florals make it a bit feminine to me, but they also make Aqva Amara unique, and it will smell good to women for sure. If you like the regular Aqva Pour Homme, then you'll maybe like this one as well. You will get the blast of orange peel and florals which feature throughout, but predominantly at the initial spray. What I get is a blast of Citrus particularly Mandarin and I am some times thinking whether it is kind of the scent of the ripe peel of the Mandarin. Different, and I'm still trying to decide if I love it..as with most Bvlgari, the quality is undeniable. So, it appears this actually has been discontinued. Some might say the opening is harsh, bitter and I would have to agree, undeniably synthetic and a real nose tingler, but after time the sweetness comes through and a balance is found making it very pleasant. This has a heavy sillage and perfect Summer day wear that could be worn in casuals as well as to office (with lesser sprays-may be 4 max) Scent - 8/10 Sillage- 9.5/10 Longevity- 9.5/10 Versatility - 8/10 Overall - 8.5/10 Definitely the cut above Fragrance from the House of Bvlgari and it is great! This is also a very good performer for a warm-weather scent. Someone posted a message from Bvlgari confirming it's been discontinued. The Terre d'Hermes line to me is more natural (To those who compare) but Aqva Amara wins in the performance category. The composition includes accords of Sicilian mandarin mixed with oil of neroli flower.
I am wearing this and this is awesome fragrance and then see a magic.
You'd be hard pressed to find another cologne smelling similar to this.
i recommend anyone to test spray and see if they like it and if it works on your skin.
Longevity is worth the great price alone, considering you can pay hundreds for a cologne that hardly lasts this good.
Quality ingredients, well known perfumer, great summer/spring everyday scent.
